📝 ATI TEAS Exam Reservation Form

Exam Date: January 29, 2026

Exam Start Time: 9:30am

Arrival/Check-In: 9:00am

Location: ATAS 236, Saddleback College

Parking: Lot 5A (Please allow time to find parking and walk to the testing location)

 

📌 Important Guidelines

  • Eligibility: You must be applying to the Saddleback College Nursing Program to reserve a seat for this exam. If you tested on campus on 1/8/26, you are not eligible to register for this exam date.
  • Limited Availability: Testing spots are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all spots are filled, the reservation form will be closed.
  • Identification Required: You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) with a current photograph on the day of the exam.
  • Confirmation Process: A confirmation will be sent via Submittable no later than than 1/23/26 along with additional exam details.
  • Important Note: If you do not receive a confirmation, do not assume your reservation has been accepted. Please follow up and email scnursing@saddleback.edu if no confirmation is received.

 

Before the Exam – Complete at Least 3 Days Prior to the Test Date but the sooner the better

  • Create an ATI account (if you do not already have one): https://user-management.atitesting.com/
  •  Update your ATI account information to ensure all demographic details are complete and current.
  •  Obtain a Saddleback College student account and email if you do not already have one (you may select the Spring 2026 term): https://www.opencccapply.net/gateway/apply?cccMisCode=891
  •  You will need your Saddleback email address and password to log in on exam day.

SADDLEBACK COLLEGE / IVC STUDENT ID:

  • Student's must have a Saddleback College/IVC student ID # to apply. 
  • If you do not have one, first apply to the college here
  • Once you have been assigned a student ID, You may apply to the Phlebotomy Program.
     

SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION:

Applications are accepted from the following:

  • Students enrolled in or have completed MLT 410NC & MLT 411NC.
  • Medical Assisting students with completed course waiver (see below).
  • CNA students with completed course waiver (see below).


PETITION FOR COURSE SUBSTITUTION OR WAIVER:

  • Medical Assisting students who successfully completed MA 212B may submit a petition to waive MLT 410NC and/or MLT 411NC, and enroll directly into MLT 412NC and MLT 413NC.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant students who successfully completed the CNA program may submit a petition to waive MLT 410NC and/or MLT 411NC, and enroll directly into MLT 412NC and MLT 413NC.
  • To submit any Petitions for Course Waiver/Substitutions, schedule an appointment with Elizabeth Weiss in the Counseling Office by calling (949) 582-4572.
